The Rec Club has all forms of training covered. From 1 on 1 PT sessions to over 35 group classes a week, including the amazing Les Mills Body Pump. State of the art equipment, a brand new facility and plenty of space, from beginner to athlete, come and train with us.

SUPER COMBO    A combination circuit style class incorporating Spin / Boxing / Pump Weights and various Floor work.
