We at playtennis offer a variety of fun activities and tournaments which involve both teamwork and individual performance. TERM TIME CHILDREN’S PROGRAMME

Playtennis at Casuarina offers year round tennis coaching for children of all ages and abilities to learn and improve their tennis game! We offer a clear pathway for children to progress if they chose.

Toddler Tennis: Children aged 3-4 yrs. Incorporating basic hand-eye coordination and gross motor skills in a fun approach to tennis.

Mini Tennis: Children aged 5-7 yrs. Further development of hand-eye coordination through ball skills and basic stroke production.

Tennis Groups: Stroke production and rallying skills. Game based drills, scoring and tennis etiquette.

Squads: Further development of strokes and skills. Match play, working on technical and tactical aspects of tennis. Designed for the junior fixture and tournament player.

Elite High Performance Squads: Targeting full time players looking to become touring professionals.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TENNIS

Full time and elite squads. High performance tennis is a structured programme for players looking to become professional tennis players. World class coaching and outstanding facilities at a beachside location. Benefits include gym membership with personalised fitness assessment and programme.

ADULT WEEKLY PROGRAMME

Playtennis at Casuarina offers a weekly programme for adults. Ladies tennis clinics, aerobic tennis, social night and monthly events run in conjunction with our Term time tennis programme.

Monday morning ladies clinic from 9.30 am – 10.30 am.
Wednesday morning aerobic tennis classes 9.30am – 10.30am.

Adult social evening Tuesday 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
