Hi, I am 3 months pregnant and wanted to join a Pregnancy yoga class for the upcoming birth. I have enquired before about Holistic Yoga classes.
Just wondering what time and day the classes are held? ( i work during the day so night classes suit better)
i would also like to know how much per class and whether i need to book?
Is anything required to be bought to the class? Mat etc

My son is a first year apprentice and has a very limited income similar to a Uni student, do you have any membership fee category thar covers him? Would he get the same rate as students? Thanks?

if you join up and get a year membership can you go to the classes free or do you have to pay?
