challengesThe 12 Week Challenge is renowned on the Tweed Coast as one of the best program for those wishing to improve their health and fitness with all participants achieving great results. The program has been running since February 2005 with around 50 – 60 participants per challenge. There are 3 Challenges held per year and training is carried out at numerous outdoor locations all over the Tweed Coast (From Fingal Beach to Byron Bay Lighthouse) along with sessions at the Casuarina Rec Club.
