Standard Membership
(class / gym / pool / tennis) rates are based on
1,3,6 and 12 month memberships. These are available for individuals
and families. You can include as many children as you like on
Family Memberships, however they need to be a dependant (not
employed part/full time) and living at home.
All our Memberships from 3 Months up include
a full fitness and lifestyle assessment and a Tailored Program.
Our 12 Month Memberships receive 4 Personal Training Sessions
(6 Month – 2 Sessions) - to upgrade your program or just
provide some extra motivation.
